Translate the offer before decorating it
Many B2B websites assume prospects already understand the category. They open with an internal phrase, a product diagram, and a request to book a demo. We begin by interviewing the people closest to customers: leadership, sales, delivery, product, and support. The goal is to identify the costly problem, the reason current alternatives fail, the buyer's decision criteria, and the evidence available. That language becomes a message hierarchy. Design then makes the hierarchy easy to scan. A visitor should be able to state who the company serves, what changes after the engagement, and why this provider deserves a closer look.
